Senior / Lead Digital Analytics Consultant - GA4 & GTM

Senior / Lead Digital Analytics Consultant with 5 to 12 years of experience to drive the web and product analytics ecosystem for a global, tier-1 financial data enterprise.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between digital tracking architecture and cloud data engineering. You will own enterprise-grade GA4/GTM implementations, orchestrate raw clickstream data pipelines inside Google BigQuery, and ensure strict data governance across high-traffic digital platforms.

Key Reponsibilities

• Architecture: Design and scale enterprise-grade tag architectures using both Client-Side and Server-Side Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Cloud Integration: Lead the export, querying, and optimization of raw GA4 data schemas within Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) / BigQuery.
• Data Blending: Write complex, optimized SQL queries to blend web traffic streams with offline CRM and financial service datasets.
• Governance: Partner with legal and risk teams to enforce global privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA) and advanced Consent Mode v2 frameworks.
• Visualization: Design high-impact executive dashboards using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI to translate complex metrics into business strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5 12 years of progressive experience in digital web analytics or data intelligence. Fintech, banking, or large enterprise data bureau experience is highly preferred.
• GA4 & GTM Expert: Deep mastery of GA4 s event-driven model and advanced GTM container administration (lookup tables, custom JS).
• Technical Stack: Strong, hands-on experience using SQL to manipulate raw, unaggregated datasets in BigQuery.
• Privacy & Security: Strong understanding of data security protocols, server-side tagging, and cookie compliance in regulated environments.
• Communication: Exceptional consulting skills with a proven track record of translating complex digital data for senior stakeholders.
