The Role

• Manage the nursing schedule to ensure exceptional patient care delivery.
• Identify and address potential issues with the nursing schedule and staffing ratios.
• Ensure compliance of employee and student files with regulatory standards.
• Schedule and coordinate educational opportunities for nursing staff.
• Distribute nursing schedules in a timely and accurate manner.
• Draft professional correspondence and reports.

What You'll Need

• High school education or equivalent.
• Proven experience in staffing or scheduling, preferably within a hospital setting.
• Excellent organizational and clerical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
