The Role

• Prospect new business and follow up on assigned leads to achieve sales goals.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and develop strategic solutions.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with commercial clients.
• Effectively communicate product and service offerings to diverse industries.
• Utilize company-provided technology for sales agreements and organization.
• Make tailored recommendations to clients, ensuring their peace of mind regarding pest management.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain pesticide licensing (company-paid).
• Willingness to work independently in the field.
• Capacity to perform physical tasks including ladder use and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
