Job Description:

TechAGI Solutions is seeking a Mainframe Operator to support IBM Mainframe operations, monitor IT infrastructure, and coordinate Level 1 incident management. This position requires 100% onsite availability in Oakland County, MI, and flexibility to work the required shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Function as a Level 1 Incident Manager for critical IT incidents and events.

• Create, escalate, triage, and track technology-related incidents.

• Monitor infrastructure connectivity, assets, and services using graphical monitoring tools.

• Monitor IBM Mainframe control consoles and system performance.

• Assist with reviewing and validating JCL.

• Collaborate with IT staff, customers, and vendors.

• Perform assigned deliveries and operational tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with IBM Mainframe operations and console monitoring.

• Familiarity with reviewing and validating JCL.

• Experience with WhatsUp Gold, Pingdom, and PRTG.

• At least five years of Microsoft Teams experience.

• Strong communication and incident management skills.

• Availability to work 100% onsite and accommodate day, afternoon, midnight, and holiday shifts as required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
