The Role

  • Lead and inspire inpatient and outpatient growth initiatives for rehabilitation services.
  • Design and implement innovative referral programs to drive census growth.
  • Guide, train, and develop a dynamic Business Development team.
  • Create strategies aligned with the organization's mission to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Monitor critical numbers and progress towards growth goals.
  • Identify new opportunities and adapt existing product lines in collaboration with hospital leadership.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a marketing representative or nurse liaison in a healthcare setting.
  • Successful track record in leading, managing, or direct sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Understanding of operational and financial metrics, marketing operations, admission processes, and reimbursement systems.
  • Experience with physician relations, case management, and managed care is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
