QA Program Manager

1. Extensive experience managing Testing portfolio at a program or initiative
2. Experience creating executive leadership decks, own testing updates
3. Create test strategy, test plan, execution, daily reporting including defect triage
4. Experience with JIRA (we are moving to jira cloud from Rally soon)
5. Very Technical and able to articulate requirement to build efforts and ask the right q s

QA TPM is a priority for me at this point. I am not looking for a Test Manager
