-
Facilitate constructive technical design reviews, navigate architectural trade-offs, and establish shared engineering standards across partner domains.

What you’ll need:
-
Education & Minimum Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field + 10+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 4 years in engineering management leading teams of software engineers (OR Master’s Degree in a related technical field + 8+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 4 years in engineering management).
-
Proven track record of zero-to-one product delivery, taking new platform capabilities from concept through production rollout with active users.
-
Exceptional distributed systems design expertise—able to design resilient microservices, define API contracts, and navigate consistency, idempotency, and failure modes in high-volume workflows.
-
Demonstrated technical depth—capable of evaluating architecture proposals, leading rigorous design reviews, and maintaining a high standard for software maintainability and system health.
-
Proven cross-functional leadership—demonstrated ability to align Product, Design, Compliance, Risk, and Operations partners autonomously to deliver business outcomes.
