Role Description
As an AI Enablement Consultant, you are a hands-on partner to our business teams, understanding how they work, spotting where AI can help, and building practical solutions that prove the value quickly. You will run business-unit engagements with guidance from the Head of AI Enablement, carry much of the hands-on building and training, and help create the prompts, skills, and best practices that the whole firm relies on. It's an ideal role for a high-ownership self-starter who loves turning real-world problems into working AI solutions and is excited to grow as the function scales.
Partner with business units. Map key processes and surface practical AI opportunities, running engagements with guidance from the Head of AI Enablement.
Build solutions hands-on. Create custom agents, enterprise skills, and prompt workflows (no-code/low-code) that solve real business problems and demonstrate value.
Work closely with IT. Route opportunities that need custom integrations or development to partner with IT teams with clear, well-documented requirements.
Deliver enablement. Run training sessions, office hours, and enablement content that help employees adopt GenAI tools with confidence.
Grow the shared toolkit. Contribute to and maintain the enterprise library of prompts, skills, and best practices.
Support responsible use. Help ensure GenAI tools are used in a governed, cost-aware way that aligns with firm standards.
Stay current. Track new AI tools and features, pilot promising ones, and share what you learn.
Be a go-to resource. Provide responsive, ongoing support to business units as a trusted point of contact for AI questions.
Skills & Requirements
3-5 years of experience in a business-facing technology, consulting, analyst, product, or enablement role with hands-on generative AI experience.
Strong expertise with GenAI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude, including advanced prompt engineering and AI solution design.
Hands-on experience building AI solutions including custom agents, enterprise skills, automations, and no-code/low-code prompt workflows that solve business problems and drive adoption.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with business units, identify AI opportunities, deliver training sessions, and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Exposure to financial services or asset management.
Experience delivering training or driving tool adoption.
A portfolio of agents, custom GPTs, automations, or prompt workflows you've built
