We are seeking highly motivated and qualified applicants to fill the position of Rental Agent. This position will be 5% outdoors and 95% indoors.

We are looking for confident individuals with a customer service orientation, strong interpersonal and telephone skills, and a desire for growth. This role provides front-line contact with customers, matches vehicle demand with availability, and ensures complete customer satisfaction.

📋 Rental Agent Job Responsibilities

• Customer interaction through in-person visits, email, phone, and other communication channels.

• Go on sales calls and meet potential clients.

• Check vehicles to ensure mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order; report any issues found.

• Fleet management and inventory.

• Billing.

• Open and close rental agreements.

• Daily rental check-in and check-out.

• Generate reports.

• Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage.

• Conduct fuel island inspections.

• Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• Work with the Sales team within the company.

✅ Job Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation rental and leasing required.

• Strong data entry skills.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Microsoft Excel experience required.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to get in and out of commercial trucks.

• Ability to work independently, strong organizational skills, and a positive attitude.

• Ability to multitask in a very fast-paced environment.

💰 Compensation

• $22.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
