Inside Sales Call Center Representative

MCI Careers is hiring Call Center Sales Representatives to join our performance-driven Sales & Business Development team. In this fast-paced role, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, consult with customers, recommend solutions, and close sales for leading global brands. You'll use CRM and call center tools to document interactions, follow scripts and compliance standards, and consistently meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets. Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound sales calls in a professional manner
• Identify customer needs, present product/service solutions, and close sales
• Meet or exceed sales quotas, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction KPIs
• Accurately document all interactions and outcomes in CRM/call center systems
• Follow call scripts, compliance requirements, and quality standards
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services when appropriate
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to improve performance
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance reviews
• Use tech-enabled tools and omnichannel platforms to support customers
• Provide feedback on customer trends, objections, and process improvements
