The Role • Organize and structure the daily routine for patients, ensuring a smooth and supportive environment. • Engage in co-therapeutic activities, reinforcing themes from individual and group therapies. • Provide crucial support during crisis intervention, acting as a primary point of contact. • Lead therapy groups focused on relaxation, mindfulness, social skills, and more. • Actively contribute to the planning and coordination of the unit's operations. What You'll Need • Completed training as an Erzieher, Heilerziehungspfleger, or Heimerzieher (m/w/d). • Experience in psychiatry or residential care is ideal but not required. • Strong communication, teamwork, and a passion for working with young people. • A respectful, professional, and empathetic approach to patients and their families. • Eagerness to learn and develop professionally within a specialized field.
