The role involves assessing cyber risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing mitigation strategies for critical government systems. The Role • Conduct security audits and enforce security policies for military clients. • Manage and utilize security tools such as SIEMs, vulnerability scanners, and identity management solutions. • Ensure compliance with relevant Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) security frameworks. • Assess the overall threat landscape by reviewing technical and personnel details. • Guide clients through action plans, presentations, and milestones to secure mission-critical systems. What You'll Need • Experience with security tools like Splunk, Microsoft Defender, AWS Security Hub, Azure Security Center, and Tenable Nessus. • Proficiency in ensuring compliance with DoD and IC security frameworks. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or Information Security, with 2+ years of experience in security and compliance management (or 5+ years in lieu of a degree). • A Secret clearance is required. • Experience working in DoD and IC organizations is a plus.
