The Role

• Review and revise technical documentation, including manuals, instructions, and regulatory documents, to ensure adherence to style guidelines and best practices.
• Edit and standardize content prepared by subject matter experts, organizing information for optimal clarity, flow, and readability.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and produce clear, concise written drafts.
• Prepare, edit, and revise a variety of documentation, including reports, correspondence, and briefing materials.
• Ensure grammatical correctness and clarity in all written materials through meticulous attention to detail and advanced editorial techniques.
• Maintain a comprehensive listing of technical documents, including key data and revision schedules.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent.
• 10 years of relevant experience in technical writing.
• Proven ability to develop and organize content across diverse formats and styles.
• Experience working with government-mandated writing standards is a plus.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance (US Citizenship required).
