The HCM QA Lead will serve as the overall testing lead for Oracle HCM implementation program This role is responsible for developing and executing the testing strategy across all phases of the project including Conference Room Pilots CRP System Integration Testing SIT User Acceptance Testing UAT Payroll Testing Security Testing Data Conversion Validation and EndtoEnd Business Process Testing

Have 12 years of experience in leading SIT UAT testing in AgileHybrid environment
Experience leading testing efforts for large SaaS implementations preferably Oracle HCM Cloud
Experience managing QA activities with SI through all the phases of testing is required
Experience in Data Migration testing Functional System Integration User Acceptance Testing E2E testing
Experience using Azure DevOps ADO for test management defect tracking test execution reporting dashboards and requirements traceability
