Job Description

Cura Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team.

At Cura of Sauk Centre, an LPN will provide essential nursing care under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians, ensuring our patients receive safe, effective, and personalized healthcare services. We offer 12 hour shifts and every 3rd Weekend scheduling.

LPN Responsibilities

  • Provide routine nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering injections, and managing wound care.
  • Assist with patient assessments and report any changes in patient status to Registered Nurses or physicians promptly.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
  • Document all nursing care and patient information accurately and timely.
  • Support patients with activities of daily living and ensure their comfort and safety.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Maintain compliance with infection control standards and healthcare regulations.
  • Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, or recent graduate who will obtain an LPN license within 4 months.
  • Completion of an accredited nursing program.
  • Experience in long term care or skilled nursing is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing care practices, medication administration, and patient safety protocols.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff are preferred.
  • Ability to work under supervision and as part of a multidisciplinary team is preferred.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including 12-hour shifts, every 3rd weekend, and holidays.
  • Annual salary: 51000-75000 USD/year
