In-Home Residential HVAC Sales Representative

Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to drive residential HVAC sales. In this role, you'll visit customers' homes, listen to comfort concerns, evaluate existing systems, and present tailored heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions. You'll prepare detailed proposals, explain pricing and financing, and close deals while meeting sales goals. Working closely with our installation and service teams, you'll ensure a smooth customer experience from first visit through install, reflecting our culture of reliability, safety, and long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled in-home consultations with residential customers
• Evaluate comfort concerns and basic system conditions to recommend solutions
• Present HVAC options, pricing, and financing in a clear, consultative manner
• Prepare accurate proposals and close sales to meet revenue targets
• Use CRM or tracking tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline
• Coordinate with installation and service teams for smooth project handoff
• Educate customers on energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and maintenance plans
• Represent Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning with a customer-first, safety-focused approach
