A leading enterprise organization is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud Financial Order-to-Cash (OTC) Analyst to support, optimize, and enhance Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle. This role combines functional leadership, production support, solution design, and project delivery within a complex enterprise environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Business Process & Functional Leadership

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and strategic objectives.
• Analyze and translate business needs into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Conduct business process reviews, requirements gathering, and gap analysis.
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout design, implementation, and support activities.
• Recommend best practices and process improvements leveraging Oracle Cloud capabilities.

Oracle Cloud Solution Delivery

• Design, configure, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions.
• Lead implementation, enhancement, and optimization initiatives.
• Support system upgrades, releases, and continuous improvement programs.
• Develop solution alternatives and prototypes to address business challenges.
• Ensure alignment with Oracle best practices and organizational objectives.

Production Support & Technical Operations

• Provide advanced functional and techno-functional support for Oracle Financials Cloud.
• Troubleshoot system issues and drive timely resolution of complex incidents.
• Support Oracle integrations, reporting solutions, and ERP enhancements.
• Develop and execute SQL queries and BI/OTBI reports as needed.
• Assist with data conversion and FBDI-based data loading activities.

Project & Risk Management

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate activities across business teams, vendors, and offshore resources.
• Support project planning, execution, testing, and deployment efforts.
• Ensure successful delivery of enterprise Oracle Cloud initiatives.

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Develop process flows, solution designs, and support materials.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions with business and support teams.
• Promote documentation standards and operational best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Financial applications.
• Minimum three full lifecycle Oracle Financial Cloud implementations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise Oracle Cloud environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
