The Role
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial roofing and building products market, targeting contractors and builders.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through effective selling and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with inside sales and vendors to align product promotions with customer needs and market trends.
• Develop and execute a strategic annual sales plan to meet or exceed territory revenue and profit goals.
• Manage a multi-million dollar territory to achieve consistent year-over-year growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing high-quality solutions to enhance customer operations.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of B2B commercial sales experience, specifically in the roofing and/or building products industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing and growing a multi-million dollar territory.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with digital sales tools and CRM systems.
