What you'll achieve As the webPAS Technical Specialist, you will provide back end sysadmin and technical services for webPAS delivering and configuring Linux and Windows servers and web services (Apache, APIs) to support deployment of webPAS for webPAS clients in the ANZ region making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities- Provide webPAS technical services to allocated webPAS small order works and projects.
- Build, configure, and troubleshoot Linux web servers (Red Hat/Apache).
- Deploy and maintain Linux, Windows, SQL services - both on premises and in the cloud.
- Deploy and configure the low level/back end elements of webPAS.
- Assist in the design of overall system and solution architecture, system integration, and implementation strategy to deliver an integrated solution which meet customer needs.
- Coordinate and liaise with customers and third party vendors in the design, configuration, and build of various systems - networks, integrations, general ICT infrastructure.
- Act as internal ICT SME for the Professional Services team.
- Participate in a cross-functional team that analyses, designs, and implements technical services for webPAS projects to meet solution needs.
- Negotiate demanding situations to successful resolution with our customers.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in implementing and configuring solutions in the healthcare sector.
- Strong working knowledge of the Linux operating system and Bash.
- Windows systems configuration and administration.
- Solid understanding of different healthcare integration technologies (HL7, XML, Web Service, SQL/Oracle, FHIR).
- Demonstration of customer service excellence.
- Experience with tools such as Office 365, D365 and Service Now.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience with MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL desirable.
- Understanding of networks, firewalls, etc.
- Working knowledge of web services - Apache, APIs, microservice architecture.
- Experience in cloud deployments (AWS).
