Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application compilation, testing, packaging, and deployment across development, testing, and production environments.
Automate and manage cloud infrastructure and application environments using infrastructure-as-code practices, while maintaining configurations, secrets, connection settings, and deployment requirements.
Manage source code, artifacts, dependencies, and quality controls by supporting version control, package repositories, automated testing, security scanning, and code-quality gates within the delivery pipeline.
Troubleshoot build, deployment, and runtime issues across application and hosting environments, provide technical support during critical releases, and collaborate with development, QA, architecture, and operations teams to resolve issues.

Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	3–5+ years of experience in DevOps, build engineering, release engineering, CI/CD, cloud application deployment, and automation.
Technical Skills	Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines, Git, Infrastructure as Code, Terraform, Bicep, Azure CLI, PowerShell, Bash, Cloud Computing, Docker, Kubernetes, Build Automation, Release Management, Application Configuration
Business / Domain Skills	Experience supporting Microsoft-centric application stacks, including .NET applications and modern web/UI application technologies. Experience designing and maintaining build and deployment processes for .NET, Angular, and Blazor-based applications. Experience supporting Azure-hosted enterprise applications, including application services, web applications, databases, and containerized workloads. Experience supporting enterprise software delivery environments with structured branching, release management, quality controls, and cross-functional development and operations teams.
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400) is a plus.
Experience building and maintaining scalable DevOps and release automation frameworks.
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies for application deployment.
Strong root-cause analysis and troubleshooting skills for build, deployment, and runtime issues.
