Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer

An established HVAC contractor is looking to recruit an Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join its growing service team covering Birmingham, the West Midlands and surrounding areas. The role is focused on planned preventative maintenance across commercial and domestic sites, working primarily on split and VRF air conditioning systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to join a growing business that rewards commitment with door-to-door pay, overtime and genuine long-term progression.

Requirements<br />Previous air conditioning maintenance experience<br />Confident maintaining split and VRF systems<br />F-Gas Certification (essential)<br />Full UK driving licence<br />Based in or around Birmingham / West Midlands<br />Willing to travel and stay away occasionally<br />Flexible approach to working hours, including early starts when required<br />Professional, reliable and customer-focused attitude Package<br />Circa £20/hr DOE Door-to-door travel paid<br />Paid overtime<br />Annual performance bonus<br />Company vehicle<br />Holiday entitlement increases with service<br />Birthday off<br />Christmas Eve off every year<br />Long-term career progression within a growing HVAC contractor Interested in hearing more?
