Job Description

Oracle Fusion Functional Analyst – Finance (Contract-to-Hire)

Kapsons LLC is hiring an Oracle Fusion Functional Analyst to support Finance rollouts, enhancements, and production for a growing enterprise client. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity requiring 3 days/week onsite.

Location: Candidates must be based near one of our client hub markets, including Southern California, CA, Minneapolis, MN, or the Washington, D.C. area (Arlington, VA) — additional locations available.

What you'll do:

  • Lead requirements, solution design, configuration, integrations, testing, and deployment for Oracle Fusion Finance
  • Provide functional expertise across GL, AP, AR, Costing, Tax, and Fixed Assets
  • Support GovCon/compliance requirements including audit and cost-structure needs
  • Partner closely with Finance, Contracts, FP&A, and IT teams
  • Drive process standardization and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Finance functional experience
  • GovCon accounting/compliance exposure a plus
  • PPM/Project Accounting knowledge a plus
  • Able to work onsite 3 days/week at one of the listed hub locations
