The Role

• Take on leadership responsibilities within multidisciplinary teams, contributing to medical and organizational steering.
• Supervise therapeutic interventions and actively participate in the training and development of medical, psychological, and other professional staff.
• Contribute to the advancement of therapeutic concepts and actively shape internal processes and workflows.
• Engage in scientific work and participate in national and international conferences to foster professional exchange.
• Oversee patient care for adults and adolescents, ensuring adherence to best practices in psychosomatic and psychiatric treatment.

What You'll Need

• Board certification as a Specialist in Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy and/or Psychiatry and Psychotherapy.
• Proven experience in behavioral therapy.
• Demonstrated interest in conceptualization and developing therapeutic programs.
• Strong collaborative skills, enthusiasm, and an understanding of healthcare economics.
• Ability to contribute to research and contribute to the academic environment of a teaching hospital.
