We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Medical Director for a leading psychosomatic hospital situated in the inspiring landscape of the Bavarian Alps. The Role

• Lead and further develop a multidisciplinary team of specialists in psychosomatic care.
• Supervise treatment processes, including psychotherapy and somatic treatments, and conduct group supervisions.
• Chair interdisciplinary team meetings involving various therapeutic disciplines.
• Provide medical and psychotherapeutic care to patients according to current treatment guidelines.
• Participate in on-call duties for the psychosomatic department.
• Engage in continuous professional development through internal and external training.

What You'll Need

• Board certification in Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy, or Psychiatry and Psychotherapy.
• Strong expertise in the integration of somatic and psychotherapeutic medicine.
• High level of empathy, with a structured, team-oriented, and patient-centered approach.
• Demonstrated engagement, flexibility, and a proactive attitude towards interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to learn new digital systems.
