Lead Cyber Security Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Lead Cyber Security Analyst to support and enhance a critical One Identity (OneID) platform within a high-performing BAU team.

This role is responsible for ensuring the platform remains stable, secure, and optimised, while delivering continuous improvements across identity and access management processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to support day-to-day operations, implement enhancements, and transition project deliverables into business-as-usual.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the stability, security, and performance of the One Identity (OneID) platform
• Troubleshoot and resolve access, provisioning, and system-related issues
• Manage user access and identity lifecycle processes
• Handle ServiceNow (SNOW) requests, incidents, and service queues
• Maintain and enhance RBAC models and access controls
• Support Secure Web Gateway (SWG) and Secure Email Gateway (SEG) requests, including proxy rules and email quarantine management
• Participate in IAM and cyber security change reviews
• Manage machine and service accounts
• Maintain integrations with Active Directory and Entra ID
• Support project-led changes and transition into BAU
• Perform system configuration, upgrades, and health checks
• Support performance reporting and process improvements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor and support junior team members

About You

You are a highly skilled IAM professional with strong technical expertise and a collaborative approach, capable of operating in complex enterprise environments.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of One Identity Manager, including architecture, object model, configuration, and identity lifecycle management
• Experience developing and integrating within an IGA platform, including customisation, connector development, and integration with enterprise systems (HR platforms, Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange)
• Understanding of IAM governance, including:
  • Segregation of duties
  • Privileged access management
  • Access certification
  • Audit and compliance reporting
  • Alignment with frameworks such as ISM, PSPF, and Essential Eight
• Proven ability to engage with business and technical stakeholders to:
  • Analyse requirements
  • Produce solution designs
  • Deliver structured enhancements within enterprise IAM environments
• Experience across the full delivery lifecycle, including design documentation, testing, and managed production releases
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, mentor junior staff, and uplift team capability
