The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing training needs, developing curriculum, and implementing training programs to enhance the competencies and efficiency of our healthcare staff.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managers.
• Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific needs to help foster a high standard of patient care.
• Implement an effective staff development program that aligns with organizational objectives and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Schedule training sessions, organize information technology and other equipment, and manage the delivery of training programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training on employees' performance and adjust programs as needed.
• Maintain updated records of training curricula and material.
• Collaborate with management to ensure staff development and training is focused and beneficial.
