This role focuses on routine skilled nursing visits (30–60 minutes) for medication setup and general health assessments. It’s a chance to use your skills with purpose and make a lasting difference for patients and their families.

We are currently recruiting for a Licensed Practical Nurse [LPN] or Registered Nurse [RN] to reliably serve patients in the following areas:

• • KC MO Metro + surrounding areas
  • PPV [pay per visit]
    • Routine 30-60min in home visits
  • Flexible scheduling -
    • We are looking for someone PRN with opportunity to grow case load over time.
      • Approx. 10-15 weekly client visits
        • Nurse to schedule visits accordingly - Note: WEEKDAY visits; no weekend or evening visits available.
      • Potential to gain additional visits possible in the future.
    • No Nights, No Weekends, No Holidays, No On-Call
    • Must be willing to travel to Jackson County + surrounding areas
      • Mileage reimbursement for use of personal vehicle

Qualifications:

• Current MO RN or LPN license in good standing.
• 1yr paid experience as an RN or LPN
• Current CPR certification
• Strong organizational and communication skills
