TPM/BA With Customer Support Systems

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager – Customer Support Systems to lead the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of customer support applications and related technologies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, manage product backlogs, and ensure successful project execution using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end project delivery, managing risks and dependencies, facilitating UAT, and maintaining project documentation. The candidate will drive process improvements, enhance support tools, and promote best practices while ensuring high-quality deliverables. The ideal applicant will have 5+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in high-tech support organizations, with strong proficiency in Jira and stakeholder management
