The Role

• Engage in practical phases within a company near your location.
• Choose from five specialization options starting from the 3rd semester: Accounting & Controlling, Tax Consultancy, Social Management, Trade Management, or Logistics Management.
• Gain hands-on experience supporting budget planning and market analysis.
• Assist in compiling monthly management reports and analyzing processes for optimization.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of strategic initiatives.

What You'll Need

• (Technical) university entrance qualification, a qualified vocational qualification, or state-certified technician/business administrator status.
• German language proficiency at B2 level.
• A strong understanding of mathematics and logical thinking skills.
• The ability to analyze situations and a high sense of responsibility.
• Proficiency in both independent and team-based work.
• Good English language skills.
