Embedded Software Engineer (W2 Role)

Role: Embedded Software Engineer

Location: Cary, NC

Onsite Role

• Proficient in embedded software development and knowledge of embedded development processes e.g. Agile Methodology.
• Experience with modelling language (MATLAB, Model Based design, Simulink and State flow), C and or C++.
• Expereince of embedded Operating System and drivers.
• Experience with CAN/J1939 network
• Experience with unit and functional testing
• Demonstrated technical problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated exposure in developing embedded applications using C and MATLAB Simulink
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and software integration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working in a team environment
• Implement features and resolve defects following defined software requirements
• Knowledge of software delivery processes
• Experience with software component unit and functional testing
• Experience with model-based software development tools
• Experience with embedded hardware and OS concepts and integration
• Knowledge of electronic circuits and components with the ability to read schematics and data shee.
