Corporate Finance Associate – Houston, TX
Direct Counsel represents an Am Law 100 firm seeking a Corporate Finance Associate to join its Houston office. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance attorney to work on sophisticated lending and acquisition finance transactions with significant deal responsibility and client exposure.

Position Highlights
2–4 years of experience
Onsite | Houston, TX
Experience representing lenders, borrowers, and administrative agents
Work on syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, and private credit
Draft and negotiate credit agreements and other financing documents
Private equity sponsor and portfolio company experience is a plus
Opportunity for deal management and direct client interaction
Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
Admission to at least one state bar required; Texas Bar preferred
