Role Title: Success Factors Test Analyst

Location: Milton Keynes

Duration: 31/12/2026

Days on site: 2-3

Rate: £223 per day all inc. (PAYE through Umbrella)

Role Description:

• Experience in testing SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, LMS, and Compensation.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and employee life cycle management.
• Design, prepare, and execute Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT test cases.
• Validate integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP/non-SAP applications, including Payroll and third-party systems.
• Manage defects using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or ALM, and coordinate resolution with functional teams.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Knowledge of test automation tools (Tosca/Selenium) and SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred.
