Job Description

  • 8+ years of proven software development experience
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Java / Core Java / Advanced Java
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • In-depth knowledge of data structures, distributed systems, and data storage
  • Strong experience developing and consuming RESTful services
  • Hands-on experience with messaging technologies:
    • Kafka
    • AWS SQS
    • AWS SNS
  • Experience with service performance profiling, troubleshooting, and optimization
  • Experience designing and building systems compliant with:
    • PCI-DSS
    • PII
    • SOX
  • Strong database experience with:
    • Cassandra
    • Couchbase
    • MongoDB
    • Oracle
  • Experience with software security and compliance frameworks
  • Familiarity with caching technologies:
    • Redis
    • HazelCast
    • Memcached
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks
