Location: Vacaville, CA
Work Model: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite
Duration: Long-Term Contract

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive AI-driven automation and process optimization within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role will focus on requirements gathering, intelligent workflow automation, and improving end-to-end manufacturing operations through AI and digital technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and manufacturing requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and intelligent workflows.
  • Design scalable process-automation solutions for pharma manufacturing.
  • Optimize workflows to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business, manufacturing, IT, quality, and compliance teams.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives across regulated environments.
  • Ensure solutions align with GxP, compliance, data integrity, and validation requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical and automation solutions.

Required Skills

  • Experience with AI/ML, process automation, and intelligent workflows.
  • Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis experience.
  • Pharma/biotech manufacturing or other regulated-industry experience.
  • Knowledge of GxP, compliance, validation, and data integrity.
