They are seeking a skilled Robotic Welding Programmer to contribute to their team of experienced professionals. The Role

  • Program robotic welding equipment to meet customer welding requirements.
  • Design, implement, and maintain robotic welding fixtures for optimal performance.
  • Monitor production efficiency of robotic cells and identify areas for programming improvements.
  • Ensure high weld quality and efficiency through task planning and analysis.
  • Guide production employees on the correct operation of robotic cells.

What You'll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of related robotic welding experience and/or training.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical procedures.
  • Proficiency in writing reports, documenting processes, and creating procedure manuals.
  • Strong ability to concentrate and maintain focus for prolonged periods.
