Lead Software Analyst

Our Fortune 100 client is hiring for an experienced Lead QA to lead the testing strategy and test team for large scale projects. The are looking for a hands on lead to be responsible for functional, regression, accessibility, and user acceptance testing activities as well as collaborating with stakeholders. They should be comfortable with Kanban and Scrum teams. The candidate also needs to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the proven ability to mentor others. This position is fully remote from the contiguous United States and candidates must adhere to ET work schedule.

Essential Skills

• Experience performing functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for web-based applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks, defects, and edge cases.
• Experience creating test cases, test plans, and defect documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across product, development, and testing teams.

Plusses

• Comfortable working with Kanban and Scrum teams.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, test management tools, and defect tracking processes.
• Experience validating accessibility requirements and supporting accessibility testing efforts.
• Experience testing data-intensive applications, APIs, or enterprise data management platforms.
