We are seeking dedicated SEN/SEND Tutors to join a leading educational support organization focused on transforming the lives of young people with special educational needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible difference within a supportive and dynamic community.

The Role

• Provide engaging Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Offer flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring to learners from KS1 to KS5.
• Plan and deliver engaging sessions, both in-person and remotely, to meet individual learning goals.
• Collaborate with schools and local authorities to support vulnerable learners.
• Prepare reports and provide regular feedback on student progress.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD.
• Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• An enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed) and professional references.
• A strong understanding of safeguarding principles.
