Territory Manager - Sales

As a Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service. Your expertise in the electrical trade and knowledge of our primary and secondary drive products will be key to your success in this role.

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue goals in the assigned territory.
• Identify and target potential customers, including electrical contractors, distributors, and end-users.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and training to customers.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our products remain competitive.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
• Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and promote our products.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Business, or Sales & Marketing).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical trade sales, with a proven track record of success.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and products, including RX3 and ALLZY.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Familiarity with the local market and industry trends is an advantage.
