We are currently seeking an energetic, customer-focused
Residential Leasing and Sales Consultant to join our team at one of our luxury apartment communities. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a sales-driven environment, and are passionate about providing exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you. This is a full-time, on-site position (39 hours per week.)

Position Responsibilities
Welcome prospective residents and conduct personalized community and apartment tours. Present the features, amenities, and benefits of the community while matching residents with the home that best fits their needs. Prepare and process lease agreements and related documentation in compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies. Provide exceptional customer service to current residents by responding to inquiries and assisting with service requests. Maintain accurate prospect and resident records using property management software.

Stay informed about local market conditions and competitive communities. Handle confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity. Assist with resident retention initiatives and community events as needed. Qualifications
Previous experience in sales and/or customer service is required
. Residential leasing or property management experience is preferred
. Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software applications. Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude.

Strong organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Schedule
This is a full-time, on-site position working five days per week, including both Saturday and Sunday.

Hours - 39 hours/week
Saturday and Sunday:
10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Three weekdays:
10:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM
