The Role

• Actively contribute to the design and setup of new geriatric ward structures, bringing your ideas from the outset.

• Meticulously document care activities and actively participate in quality assurance processes.
• Independently execute physician-ordered treatments and ensure their professional implementation.
• Collaborate constructively with interdisciplinary teams, including nursing, medical, and therapy professionals, for holistic patient care.
