Motorcycle Sales Executive

We are recruiting on behalf of an established motorcycle dealership in Guildford, Surrey, seeking a Motorcycle Sales Executive to join its specialist team. This Motorcycle Sales Executive opportunity offers strong earning potential, professional development and no Sunday working.

• 20,800 basic salary
• 49,000 uncapped on-target earnings
• 41-hour working week over five days
• Monday to Saturday working pattern with no Sundays

Duties:

• As a Motorcycle Sales Executive, welcome customers and establish their motorcycle requirements
• Present suitable motorcycles, products and finance options
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and discuss test rides
• Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to completion of the sale
• Achieve agreed sales and customer satisfaction targets
• Maintain accurate customer records throughout the sales process
• Provide consistently high standards of customer service
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of motorcycle models, features and associated products

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Motorcycle Sales Executive, Car Sales Executive or motorcycle enthusiast
• At least one year of experience within motorcycle or retail sales
• Genuine enthusiasm for motorcycles and the wider automotive sector
• Knowledge of motorcycle components would be advantageous
• Confident communication and customer service skills
• Professional, motivated and target-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence
