Job Description

Marvin is seeking a Principal People Analytics & Insights Partner to drive data-informed talent decisions in our manufacturing organization. In this role, you will lead strategy, analytics, and storytelling across HR, partnering with leaders to optimize workforce planning, engagement, and performance. You will build dashboards, conduct advanced analyses, and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. Responsibilities

  • Lead people analytics strategy to support workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness at Marvin
  • Partner with HR and business leaders in manufacturing to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards on engagement, retention, hiring, and performance
  • Conduct advanced analysis, including segmentation, predictive modeling, and experimentation to inform decisions
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and ethical use of employee data across systems and tools
  • Collaborate with IT and HRIS teams to optimize data architecture, integrations, and reporting capabilities
  • Present findings to senior leadership with clear narratives and data visualizations
  • Support change management, communication, and training to increase data literacy across HR and operations
