Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a Developer – ERP & Applications to join a growing IT team. This individual
will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting software solutions that
improve business operations and drive efficiency across the organization. The role will
focus on ERP development, custom application development, and web-based solutions
while working closely with internal departments to understand business needs and deliver
technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Development & Support

• Develop, customize, and maintain ERP applications to support business operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues while identifying opportunities for
system improvements.
• Integrate ERP systems with third-party applications and internal business systems.

Application Development
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom desktop and web-based applications.
• Create internal tools to automate business processes, reporting, and data
management.
• Maintain source code, documentation, and application enhancements throughout
the software lifecycle.

Web Development
• Develop and maintain secure, scalable web applications and internal portals.
• Build and support integrations using APIs and web services.
• Ensure applications meet performance, usability, and security standards.

Collaboration & Support
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver
effective technical solutions.
• Participate in troubleshooting, testing, and ongoing application support.
• Document development processes, system configurations, and technical
procedures.

Qualifications

Required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or
equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing applications using technologies such as C#, .NET, SQL,
JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or Python.
• Experience working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or
MySQL.
• Understanding of ERP systems and business application development.

Preferred
• Experience customizing or supporting ERP platforms.
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with Git, version control, and Agile development methodologies.
