4541 Database Administrator with Security Clearance

OVERVIEW: We are seeking a Database Administrator to join our team to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward.

GENERAL DUTIES

• Administer Oracle and Postgres databases Debug Oracle and Postgres databases Patch and upgrade Oracle and Postgres databases
• Conduct performance tuning on Oracle and Postgres databases Resolve issues with Oracle and Postgres databases
• Ideal candidate will have experience identifying and resolving performance or availability issues in databases
• You will provide guidance and support to application developers in the creation and deployment of DML or DDL scripts in support of application maintenance or deployment REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 5 years of DBA experience administering Oracle or Postgres databases (ideally both)
• Experience with AWS/RDS/S3/DMS
• Experience working with and debugging Oracle/Postgres databases, patching and upgrades
• Experience conducting performance tuning and restoring on Oracle/Postgres databases
• Experience with Oracle/Postgres database backup/recovery tools and techniques, such as Oracle RMAN and Flashback
• Experience configuring Oracle/Postgres databases to meet federal security guidelines CLEARANCE:
• Active Top Secret clearance minimum required
