Job Description

🚨 HIRING: Veeva Vault Product Manager | Clinical Systems | Full - Time Role 

📍 Location: Foster City, CA — Onsite / Remote 
💼 Experience: 10+–22 Years

We are looking for a Veeva Vault Product Manager / Clinical Systems Leader with strong hands-on experience across Veeva Vault Clinical, CTMS, and eTMF in a GxP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.

🔑 Key Skills Required:

• Deep experience with Veeva Vault Clinical (CTMS & eTMF)
Siebel CTMS experience
• Experience with CTMS ↔ eTMF / EDC / Data Lakes / repositories integrations
• Experience with Veeva Managed Services / vendor escalations
• Strong understanding of clinical trial operations & clinical systems workflows
• Experience with GxP validation, release & environment management
• Agile / Scrum / DevOps methodologies
• Clinical metrics, dashboards & reporting tools
• Strong UAT, validation, requirements & documentation experience
• Excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Veeva Vault Clinical implementations, enhancements, optimization and migrations
• Support Siebel CTMS → Veeva Vault Clinical migration/transformation initiatives
• Drive requirements, solution design, prioritization, risk management and execution
• Coordinate release management, environment management, UAT and validation across QA, IT, Data and Business teams
• Partner with integration teams on end-to-end clinical system workflows
• Provide SME-level guidance on Vault Clinical CTMS/eTMF capabilities and downstream impacts
• Drive inspection readiness, audit traceability and GxP-compliant documentation
• Communicate risks, decisions, dependencies and recommendations to senior leadership

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
