Description
A growing financial services organization is seeking Business Analysts to support reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision making. These roles will partner with stakeholders to deliver insights, monitor business performance, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and enhance recurring reports and dashboards.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support business decisions.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Monitor A/B testing initiatives and evaluate business changes.
• Communicate performance insights to stakeholders.
• Identify data discrepancies and support accurate reporting.
• Leverage Python, Tableau, and Power BI for analytics and reporting.

Business Analyst I

• Early-career role focused on reporting, foundational analysis, and supporting business initiatives.
• Opportunity to develop expertise in analytics tools, data, and business processes.

Business Analyst II

• Works independently and owns business-rule and decisioning changes.
• Responsible for implementing, testing, validating, monitoring, and documenting A/B tests and other business-rule modifications.
• Experience with decisioning platforms and business-rule testing/validation required.

Preferred for BA II:

• Experience with decisioning/business rules platforms and change implementation.

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
