Cyber Assurance Analyst, £520 per day outside IR35

Bench IT urgently require an experienced Cyber Assurance Analyst to join a large organisation starting ASAP. This role is planned until March 2028 initially and will be working in a hybrid model 2-3 days per week onsite which is mandatory.

The Cyber Assurance Analyst support the delivery and coordination of the organisation's cyber assurance programme within our continuous improvement ethos. Being an integral member of the Risk & Governance team, the role will provide analytical, operational and reporting support which is fundamental in ensuring that the organisation's cyber controls are highly effective, risks are fully understood and that the assurance activities of the team are in alignment with the organisation, priorities and regulatory adherence.

Working closely with your colleagues in the team, together with those in the cyber security, the principal leadership, 2nd Line of Defence and internal audit teams, the role will be key in performing assurance reviews, evidence analysis, tracking all remediation activities whilst maintaining meticulous records. The role will be pivotal to ensuring the organisation identifies and monitors risk effectively so that as the organisation adopts Enhanced Profile status, it is fully aligned with NIS CAF frameworks and governance.

• Experience working within a similar Cyber assurance role
• Sound understanding of NIS CAR frameworks and assessment criteria
• Excellent communication skills
