What You'll Do

• Plan and execute maintenance and repair work on military vehicles and systems (both in-house and third-party products).
• Develop specifications, cost estimates, and performance descriptions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic components.
• Provide technical consultation and support to customers.
• Ensure timely order processing and documentation, including performance records and status reports.
• Manage and maintain provided materials such as spare parts and workshop equipment.
• Train and onboard new team members.

What You'll Need

• Completed master craftsman qualification or technician degree in automotive/commercial vehicle technology.
• Expertise in vehicle construction, ideally with heavy commercial vehicles, construction/agricultural machinery, or commercial vehicle technology.
• Experience with diagnostic systems.
• Class C driver's license is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• High level of initiative, customer orientation, and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• English language skills are beneficial.
