The Role

• Ensure a well-maintained store and a pleasant shopping experience for customers alongside team members.
• Actively participate in restocking shelves, presenting merchandise attractively, operating modern checkout systems, and other hands-on tasks.
• Support store management by leading shifts, coordinating tasks, and implementing store concepts.
• Undertake various operational duties including inventory management, cleaning, and stock taking.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in retail or a similar sector, with some leadership experience (e.g., shift lead) being advantageous.
• A collaborative spirit with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• The capacity to work efficiently and effectively.
• Reliability and flexibility to work various shifts as coordinated with management.
