Quick overview
Job description
About the Role
We're hiring a commercially minded Product Lead to own product strategy and execution for a healthcare operations platform used by hospital leaders. You'll connect customer insights, business outcomes, and engineering delivery, while shaping the product function as its first dedicated product leader.
What You'll Do
Set and communicate the product roadmap, prioritizing opportunities based on customer needs, market potential, and commercial impact.
Gather insights from clinical and operational leaders, then turn them into clear requirements for engineering and design.
Triage support tickets and partner requests, deciding which issues and opportunities should reach engineering.
Own product tools, feature-related business metrics, and the strategy for product analytics and instrumentation.
Build and improve workflows for nurse managers, with a focus on user retention and buyer value.
Create prototypes using AI-assisted development tools and contribute directly as an individual builder.
What We're Looking For
Seven to ten years of product management experience in health technology, including recent ownership of revenue, pricing, go-to-market, or customer outcomes.
Experience at an early-stage healthtech company and a track record as a sole or founding product manager owning a broad product area.
Background building operational workflow products sold to health system buyers, such as nursing, technology, or operations leaders.
Strong commercial judgment, customer discovery skills, and the ability to distinguish recurring needs from one-off requests.
Technical fluency in data models, backend tradeoffs, and platform architecture, with experience using SQL and product analytics.
Hands-on experience prototyping with tools such as Cursor, v0, or Replit.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $200,000 to $225,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
